Daily Prompts not showing up on mac laptop
-
My daily prompts stopped showing up a couple of weeks ago. I have a mac laptop and I have checked the box in settings to show daily prompts, I have updated the app, closed and reopened the app, shut down and restarted my computer. No luck. What else do I need to do?

Hello @auntietiffy!
If you click on the All Entries view, do you see the Daily Prompt there on the right side?
-

-
Can you both confirm you’re selecting All Entries in the Journal Drawer?
After selecting this view, then the Daily Prompt should be shown on the right.

I have enabled the daily prompt in the settings and it used to always show up under the word “journal”

@auntietiffy Thank you for providing that screenshot! That helps a lot. I’ve forwarded this over to our Apple team to look further into.
The All Entries View will only show if you have multiple journals. We’ll do our best to keep you posted with any workarounds or improvements from the team.

Thanks. I don’t have multiple journals b/c I don’t have a premium account. Does that mean you’ve changed the daily prompts to only be available to premium users?

Hello again!
This should be reverted in the 2025.9 update. Please keep an eye out for that in the coming weeks.
No, Daily Prompts will remain for the free Basic tier. It was a change in UI that was made, but the team is working on a fix for this.
