Daily prompts not available anymore?

  Hello,

  Since few days/weeks the daily prompts seems not to work anymore on iOS application? I have the latest version and in Daily Prompt block, I have “Error fetching daily prompt” with a Retry but it doesn’t solve the issue and the “…” button of the block doesn’t display the menu as before.

  Any idea when the issue will be solved?

  Hello @cymaurice!

  We limit the app to fetching once every 12 hours, but it seems like the Retry button is not bypassing the fetch period. This is something we may need to look into a bit further.

  Please keep an eye on those prompts over the next bit and let us know if they load or if you continue to see that error.

  The first time I opened Day One it worked, I had the invite for today but when I opened the recent daily invite, it was empty.
  And now when I re-opened Day One, the error message was back. So the issue is not solved. On the web version of Day One, it is working normally.
