Create hotkey for “Copy Entry URL”?

  Hey all! I use entry links frequently, and would love to have a hotkey to copy the entry URL. If that isn’t possible, could it at least be added to the Edit menu so that I can create my own custom hotkey via the OS settings?
  
  Also, as an aside: is the URL scheme currently broken? I’ve tried linking to tags, journals, etc, and haven’t been able to get it to work (on MacOS).
