Contact support through app – I sent it 4 times No response at all

the first time i sent on AUG 12. then i resend it 3 times. Still get no response today.

My problem on Ipad is that I can’t not login with Apple ID.
Maybe that is the reason why i didn’t received a response. but how can i reach out if the problem is unable to log in ?

Have you tried logging in with your email address and Day One account password? On the app’s sign-in screen, tap “Other options…” to sign in with an email address and password.
Sign In/Sign Out with Day One Sync
In the meantime, I’ve also emailed you via your WordPress.com account registered email address in case you still need help. I’m closing this thread on our end since we do not help with account issues in the forum.
