Connection failed, forbidden

Hello There,
I downloaded the app yesterday, and signed up for a month trial (and I shows on my Apple membership account).
I already know the app because I used to have an account in the past (years ago), with another email address that no longer exists.
When I am trying to connect, all I get is a pop up window saying that the “connection failed, forbidden”.
Does anyone know what is going on?
