complete a hashtag suggestion without hands leaving home row

When starting a hashtag and a list of previous hashtags appears, I have to use the cursor keys to select one. That means my right hand has to leave the home row. I know this is a very minor thing, but it would be nice to choose the hashtag (keyword) option another way. For example, if only one option is presented, the TAB key could be used to just complete the hashtag. If more than one option is presented, then the TAB key could be used to select the option, and the ENTER key (or SPACE BAR) could be used to complete the hashtag.
I’ll give an example for clarity. Let’s say I start typing #sky, and the option pops up with #skydiving. I want to hit the TAB key and it just completes the hashtag and then I continue typing. Now, let’s say I start typing #med, and the options pop up with #medical and #meditation. I hit the TAB key twice and then ENTER (or SPACE BAR) and it completes the hashtag of #meditation and I continue typing.
