Charged Twice and Can’t Contact Support

I’ve had two charged for a yearly subscription this month and I’m not able to start an email with support via the app; it just kicks me back to your “Support” web page. I need to speak to someone about this. Please tell me how to contact you.

Me too, I switched over to Diarium and stopped using Day-one weeks ago, never authorized any sort of payments or trials, suddenly I was charged a yearly subscription with no warnings and immediately requested a refund. Apple declined my request for refund twice so now I’m stuck with a yearly subscription I do not need nor want. I am glad I am not the only one with this issue and hope Day-one support can help us.
