Charged for subscription on trial that was cancelled over 1 month ago

Noted as cancelled on my subscription page. When I try to sign in with that email- it says no account exists- yet I have been charged on my credit card. No response despite two emails to support. This is poor customer service

Quick follow up! I was able to locate your subscription. It was still active and had not been canceled. In case it is helpful in the future, your subscription was purchased via your Day One account at https://dayone.me/settings and you can manage it there.
I have canceled the automatic renewal and issued a refund.
