Charged for premium before the trial due date ended , even though i cancelled

    My trial was supposed to end on 17th of December, but before the day ended in the morning itself, I was charged with Rs 2899 even-though I had cancelled my subscription renewal. The amount debited was set on autopay through my bank account and there has been some sort of problem.I had tried to get my refund via apple refunds but the transaction isnt being shown there. I have mailed to day one support team several time. Please help. I am not in a stable financial condition to pay premium as of now.
