Can’t unlink / link Apple account

DayOne works great on my IOS devices, but the WEB version stopped synching online a few weeks ago. To try to fix it I tried to unlink / relink my apple account, but when trying to unlink, it seems to stall.

DayOne works great on my IOS devices, but the WEB version stopped synching online a few weeks ago.
Can I have you checked the following and without sharing the User ID, see if they’re the same across devices?

Can you please let us know why you want to unlink/relink your Apple ID? What method do you use to sign in to your Day One account? Are you also using an email and password besides signing in with Apple ID?
