Can’t Transfer Journals

So, I have the free basic subscription and I first had Day One on my iPad and then I switched it to my MacBook, however you have to wait 30 days to switch it again, but it doesn’t let me switch it anymore… It’s been over a year and each time I want to move it, it says “an error occurred while moving your journal. please contact support if this persists.”
Any help ? Both apps are updated to the latest version and my encryption key is backed up.

I’m sorry you are encountering this error. Would you be able to follow these instructions to collect diagnostic logs from your phone and email them to (email visible only to moderators and staff)? This will help us resolve the error.
In the meantime, you can also reach out to us at (email visible only to moderators and staff) with your user ID and which device you would like to move your journal to, and we can switch devices for you.
