Can’t remember account details. Lots of valuable journal entries lost?

Hi support,
I’m trying to recover some old journal entries from the app that I think were likely backed up in the cloud. I don’t have any account information written down, and when I try to do the “forgot my password”, it doesn’t send an email through to change the password.
It’s possible that my account was made with an old email that I have since deleted, but I remember what the email is. Is it possible to have support search up an account from and email and help me recover the data, from that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, lots of valuable formative memories that I thought were connected to an account I still had access to.
