Cant log in from my MAC …

  I can log into my account from my iPhone, but when I try to login from my Mac with my Dayone account, I got this message: “We couldn’t find that account.”
  What’s wrong?

  I also meet this issue. I can not sign in in Macbook, it always response that Timeout
