Can’t access any of my Day One apps!

    Hi, I have the free version and I selected my iphone to be the place to host it (you can onl6 have 1 device at a time). I had to factory reset the phone and now my Day One app things that it’s linked to another device even though my phone has the exact same credentials. I now need to wait 30 days to change it, can anyone tell me how to get to support to assist me? TIA

    @mesonjablaauw I have cleared the active device on your account with the email you’re using here in the forum. You should now be able to link your device to that account again. Please let me know if you have any questions.
