Cannot recover my account due to changed email address.

  I have changed emails since signing up for DayOne several years ago, and I cannot sign in or recovery all my entries over the last several years.  I need help on recovering those entries, as well as knowing how to update my email address.  I do not remember the password of my old email login.

  I would greatly appreciate any help!
