Cannot contact support with Premium
-
It says on Android and iOS to go to Settings->Support->Contact Support
I have a premium account.
If I do this on my all of my Android phone, my iPhone, my iPad, and my MacBook it just takes me to a generic support web page – https://dayoneapp.com/contact/ which isn’t any help obviously.

I posted the same issue a a few days ago. Still no response from Day One. I’ve cancelled my subscription.

Yeah. I’m giving it a second try this time, and it’s not doing well. I have 3 devices and they all sync different numbers of items. My Android phone is the best which syncs all 500 something notes, my MacBook syncs 44, my iPad 37. It’s infuriating.
Plus this forum software is absolutely terrible…

Hi there!
The contact support option in app requires the use of the mail native mail app on your devices. Are you using alternative apps for your email? Can you try sending an email to (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

Hello,
I have the same issue. As premium user, I cannot contact support. It redirects me all the time to the same URL.
In your previous message, I can read: “Can you try sending an email to (email visible only to moderators and staff)?”
-
So no solutions other than “your primary email cannot be gmail or protonmail or most of the mail people use?”, and “it’s broken with system email as well”?
It’s a shame. Other than the lack of syncing or rather broken syncing, I’m really liking this app, but the customer service is terrible for paying subscribers.

Hello all! Thanks for your patience while we look into this. We are definitely not trying to make it more difficult to contact support. Users that email
(email visible only to moderators and staff)from the email associated with their Premium account will route to a Happiness Engineer. If the email is not associated with a Premium account, you may receive an automated reply. Try replying to the automated response and someone will be in touch as quickly as possible.
