Cancelled subscription on IOS device, still got charged

I downloaded DayOne on an IOS device, then cancelled my subscription after one day of my trial period. On my IOS device the subscription shows cancelled, but I was just charged for a subscription. Can you please cancel my subscription and issue a refund.

Hello there. It appears the subscription was purchased directly from dayone.me/settings on the web. There may have also been a subscription on the App Store, but only one is needed. I have canceled the subscription on dayone.me/settings. Let us know if we can help with anything else.
