Cancel subscription plssss

Hi,
I can neither remove the payment method nor cancel the subscription. I am not using your app at all. please issue a refund. I have contacted via support, no reply.
your guide does not say hopw to cancel a subscription. I checked everywhere and cannot find an option to cancel it.
I clicked on restart subscription – it took to stripe and there no option to cancel or remove my credit card. what’s happening? is this a scam?
Help me locate where you have mentioned about the steps to cancel.

If you scroll down a bit further in that article, there is a section called Managing Your Day One Premium Subscription. That shows you how to manage, or cancel, your subscription based on the where you subscribed.
From your screenshot listed above, it appears your subscription had already renewed, but you’ve canceled any future renewals as the subscription states it expires in 2026.
