Cancel Premium Service

I thought I had a free account. I only used for 20 minutes one day and then got billed premium today from Apple. Please cancel and refund. This is not something I will use daily. I cannot find a customer service email. Thank You.

Billing is done through Apple. Go to your Profile on your phone and click on Subscriptions. From there you can cancel it. You can also send Apple a support ticket that says you didn’t request this and they’re very good about refunding.

If you have not yet cancelled your subscription, please follow the steps outlined here.
It is possible to request a refund from Apple. Please go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ to initiate that process.
