Bug with duplicating picture when copying it from Telegram app on Mac

Just as I’ve wrote in this post, one year ago I reported a bug which your MacOS app has and a year later it’s still there. Request number is 8736133.
Here it’s very simple to reproduce: If you copy picture from Telegram desktop app on Mac in a way of right clicking on it and pressing “Copy Media” or pressing Command+C and them you paste it by Command+V in Day One app entry – it will add two identical pictures instead of one.
This bug is here for much longer than a year, I’ve reported it, support didn’t help much and basically ignored this question after I’ve sent the entry ID with such duplicating pictures. Here is a new one dayone://view?entryId=8FE457C3039F4D3FA16219A03AA2EF29. I will not keep it for longer than couple weeks, as it’s in my main journal. I’ve also sent numerous photos of such examples to support.
Can you please fix that after all hmm? All the app versions for Day One and Telegram are the last from App Store.
