Book ordered 11/28 not shipped, cannot reach supprt

  I ordered a printed book on 11/28 and it has not shipped yet. I am a premium subscriber but I can’t reach anyone to help. Every route takes me back to a general page with supposed ways to reach someone – each way takes me back to the same page. I also tried cancelling the book order and it won’t allow me to do that. Please help!
