Bits of journal missing in app

I posted a review as Antarctica71 on the Apple Store on 7/1/25 and was advised to contact you, so that’s what I’m doing here. I’d previously been using Day One since May 2024 but after the recent update on 7/1/25, the app told me it was no longer syncing. When I tried to sync, it kept telling me to sign in and when I signed in with Face ID and tapped Sync again, it just told me to sign in again, on a loop. I signed out and then in again, and my journal disappeared. I managed to import it again but the last few days from 3/1/25 to 6/1/25 are now incomplete in the app. When I sign in on the web, all the entries are there. How can I get the app syncing again and get the missing text back into it? Thank you.

This should be resolved in version 2025.1.1.
