Billing question
-
I have absolutely gotten the run around/infinity loop trying to reach out to support via the iOS app > Contact Support.
HOW CAN I CONTACT SOMEONE ABOUT BILLING?
In my Apple Subscriptions I have two Day One subscriptions. They both expire on June 23, 2023. I bought a 1 year Premium with a 1 month free. Not sure why I have 2 subs and if one or both will go away after 6/23. Or if I will be charged with 2 Premiums.
Can someone please tell me how to get in touch with Billing Support?
Thanks.

Hello!
I have absolutely gotten the run around/infinity loop trying to reach out to support via the iOS app > Contact Support.
Sorry to hear that! Do you have email set up through the Apple Mail app? If not, that may be why you are encountering this.
For the duplicate subscription: because the Mac App Store and iOS App Store are handled separately by Apple, it is possible in some cases to subscribe on both platforms. Only one subscription is needed. Please cancel one of these as soon as possible. https://dayoneapp.com/guides/premium-subscription/view-change-or-cancel-your-premium-subscription. I personally recommend canceling on the platform you are less likely to upgrade in the future. For example, if you are more likely to get a new iPhone than a new Mac, cancel the subscription on Mac. They are differentiated by the icon in the App Store. See the screenshot in this guide for the icons: https://dayoneapp.com/guides/troubleshooting/premium-subscription-troubleshooting/
For future reference, your data is not deleted based on the subscription. You always keep your data regardless of the subscription status. https://dayoneapp.com/guides/premium-subscription/what-happens-if-my-premium-subscription-expires-or-is-canceledLet us know if that helps or if we can assist you further.

thanks for responding but this is not really helpful. I could not cancel any one of the FOUR i now see in my apple subs. and it will not let me cancel.
will i now lose everything on 6/21? it says that date now and not 6/23.
