Better support for strikethrough

  I know we can do strikethrough via markdown but it would be much more convenient if we can apply the formatting to certain highlighted text using a button and/or via a shortcut (like how you’d bold text with cmd+B).

  Definitely agree – text strikethrough would be a really great feature to have.
