Backup/sinc not working

The automatic backup isn’t functioning currently now. Last backup on my Google account was on March 25, and there have been no backups since then. Please address this issue promptly.

Thanks for taking the time to report this! I see what you mean. My own Drive backup hasn’t run since March 18th. I’ve shared your report with our team for further investigation.

Hi @sidharthmac! I’m assuming you are using Android, and if so, we’ve implemented a fix that should be in the 2024.9 version of the app. It’ll be in beta release next week, and rolling out to all users the following Monday (April 29th). Please let us know if the issue persists after you are able to download the fix. Thanks!
