Backup Failed, lost my diaries after rebooting iPhone

    Hello everybody!

I changed my phone from Android to iPhone. When I downloaded the app on the iPhone, I was able to log in and move the content to my new device. I know that I can only do it one time after every 30 days.

I kept using the app, writing new entries, synching the new data etc., everything ran as usual.

However, I had to reboot the iPhone since I had a few problems setting up the basic configuration — so I rebooted the iPhone to go through the first configuration screens and select the things that I needed to. It was in that moment in which I redownloaded the app. The screen about moving the content to this new device popped up again. I accepted but the apparently-synched backup copy did not retrieve any of my diaries. My old diaries are gone, it is just as if I am using the app for the first time, clean slate.

I’m worried about having lost my data forever, but it should be somewhere, cause the synchronization was happening as usual before last time I rebooted my phone. And I rebooted my phone, not the account, but it seems that the app thought otherwise.

Could you please let me know if there is any other way to retrieve my diaries? Where does the synched data go?

    Thanks in advance xoxo
