Audio Entry Keeps Getting Entered

I have been getting “new audio entry created” notifications, and I have been chalking it up to a notifcation glitch. However, Day One has been faithfully creating new audio entries from one that I had made on my watch a year ago.
Also, I’d post a screeenshot of it — but the forums are preventing me.

Could you share a screenshot so we can see what you’re describing? You can create screenshots as shown here and post the link in a reply here.
Also, would you share more information about your setup, such as:
- Your Day One app version
- Your Watch OS version
- How many new entries is Day One creating from an old Watch entry? When did this start?
- When’s the last time your Day One app was synced?
The more information you can provide, the better. We’d like to gather as much information as possible so we can try reproducing it on our end.
