Apple Watch app doesnt work

  Hi there! Currently I’m in the one month free trial of the premium plan. The Apple Watch app doesnt seem to work. I starts and I can slide left and right, but pressing the button for adding an entry just does nothing. Also when i try to record audio it tells me it just works with a premium plan which I thought I’m on during the trial phase. I tried restoring my purchase on the iphone, reinstalling the app on the watch, restarting the watch…. but nothing seems to work.

  Hello @jkszymrck6 Oh no! We will do our best to help. Reinstalling should have done the trick. Are you reinstalling directly from the Watch or are you using the Watch app on the iPhone?

  May we have you try restarting the phone and the watch?

  Hi james! The Watch App started working the next day. In fact I tried it at 0:10am and it worked. I dont know what happend, but it definitely didnt work before midnight.
