App won’t open

Hi, I just downloaded the most recent version of the app and now the app won’t open. If I delete the app and re-install will I lose any data? I’m a premium subscriber.

If you’re a premium subscriber, you’re logged in, and you’ve synched all journals, removing the app shouldn’t lose your data.
But just to be safe, I recommend verifying that everything is synched by checking our Web or Mac app before deleting the iPhone app.
