App Unexpectedly Closes

When I open Day One on my iPhone, and it unexpectedly closes. I have looked at the forums and can’t seem to find any help. I have tried restarting my phone, updating my phone, and updated the app to 2024.15. When I looked at the help guide and chatted with the AI assistant, both said to email support from my app. How am I supposed to email from my app when it won’t even open?

I figured out how to access the support page from my Mac’s app. It is under ‘Help’ if anyone needs this information in the future!
