App taking no input on iPad

The app has suddenly stopped working on my iPad. It is unresponsive to my touch and to the keyboard. It’s working on my iPhone, but I need it to work on my iPad. I did the most recent update. I’ve restarted the app and the iPad, but nothing is working. It was working yesterday, but not today.

@kemmorehead Do you use an external keyboard with your Day One iPad?
If so, there’s a known issue causing the Day One iOS app (particularly on iPad) to crash when using an external keyboard.
Our developers already have a fix for this. It should be available from the following app update (2025.3). Please keep an eye out for the update and let us know if you still have the same issue after updating the app.
In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, you can disable Stage Manager on your Day One iPad and the external keyboard should work without causing the Day One app to crash. Thank you!
