App stuck downloading

  The app on my iPhone has stopped mid download. I am unable to delete it, and unable to open it. This happened yesterday and no change today. I had a widget and that is changing the photo constantly but not allowing me to access.
  I can see other are having app issues, and not sure what I can do to resolve this if I am unable to delete the app!

  For those stumbling on this issue, either restarting the device or offloading the app and re-downloading the app can help resolve this issue. We had a similar thread here that may be useful to those following.

  I had the same problem, and restarting my device fixed it.
