App not loading daily on iPad

  I have been using the free version & loving it. Planned to get Premium in Sept. BUT, suddenly this week the icon on my screen shows that it is locked in the “loading” mode. How can I get the program to open for me?

  UPDATE … got it to work! I found that I could just cancel the download. Everything is back to normal again and this 83- year old is happy to learn another technology trick!
