App cancellation

Hi there , I kept cancelling my subscription but I still got the money taken off my account. I would like a refund as today the money have been taken off my account and today I am writing to you that I do not wish to subscribe for the year. I don’t know what else I can do.
I hope someone can help me out please.kind regards
