Am I The Only One Who Can’t Get Human Support Anymore?

The AI/Bot keeps sending the exact same (erroneous) reply, and for the first time in all the years using and loving Day One… I’m ready to bail / cancel my membership.
I’m not using Classic version, but it keeps telling me I am. Also, I’m paying an annual subscription. Now they’re only using this bot, which just keeps repeating the same exact (and incorrect) message?
Anyone have any suggestions how to (or email) a human being? If not, they just lost me as a 9 year customer.

Hi @shredmund. Thanks so much for that feedback! It sounds like something didn’t go well with the automatic response. Please note that if “Classic” is mentioned, we do have a response for this as supporting version 1 is no longer in scope.
If the automatic response is not helpful, please reply to it and a human Happiness Engineer will be with you as soon as possible.
