Add Habit Tracker

It’ll be useful if there is a habit tracker feature added in DayOne. I like to see how many days I read books, for example, or even play video games, etc.

I would agree with this. the only available shortcut is sort of odd and confusing. I feel like right now, I’m having to use several different applications to track all sorts of different things.

I agree as well, this is a wonderful idea! I’ve shared both your words, @cambridgeport90 and @shevonlim with our team for further consideration as we look to the future of Day One. A habit tracker would be such a neat one to include, and helpful for all kinds of things.
If you have any other suggestions for us do let us know.

there is an app called HabitKit that I really enjoy, but I would prefer to have that kind of a graph integrated right into my journal. The currently available habit tracking template is clunky and not user friendly.
Possibly have a “sticky post” that stays up top of my list of posts, so I can easily access it and edit it over time, or have it as a choice in the dropdown tray from that button on the top left for easy navigation to it. Or even a toggle on to have a given day’s current graphs auto attached onto every post, so you can see progress over time and how it relates to whatever else you’re writing about. That would be useful for seeing how life is generally effecting the progress on habits. Thanks!
