Account Reactivation

I went to import all of my Day One entries from the old version of the app and was told that my account has been deactivated and is scheduled to be deleted. I notifies customer support and got an automatic reply about email support for premium customers. I will be devastated if I lose my entries as they date all the way back to 2016 and detail some precious memories. Should I get a premium account or does anyone have any suggestions?
