    I was A free user who quickly signed up via Apple to a premium subscription. I stopped the subscription before it last renewed and now my phone says it’s not syncing. When I try to log in using the email/password combination I have saved in my iPhone it says the password is invalid. When I sent an email reset to my email address I received nothing, not even in junk. 

    It’s as if ending the subscription deleted the account. Can you please assist?

    Then I received a reset password email. When I followed the steps, it logged me into an account that says it has no entries to view! Very worried.

    Rest assured, we won’t delete your account if your premium subscription has lapsed. Account deletion is taken very seriously and can only be achieved via actions from the user.

    It’s quite possible you have multiple Day One accounts by accident. This is a common occurrence due to multiple sign in methods. I suggest you follow this guide in attempting to log back into your account: https://dayoneapp.com/guides/troubleshooting/merging-day-one-accounts/
