Account Email no longer valid

hi there, I changed my email and forgot to update it in Day One before the old email became invalid. How can I update my email address to my new one in my Day One account?

I am experiencing the same issue. It will not allow me to log in with old email and password because it automatically sends an email to the old password which i do not have access to. I am logged in the app on my phone but there is no option to update to a new email address because the email and other account information is greyed out.

If you used an Apple ID to log in before select that option after selecting “Account Details” under the Sync Tab. It prompted me to use my updated Apple address and logged me into the web platform where I was able to update my email and name accordingly. Hope this helps you!
