Account deleted and all entried missing

  Hello,

  I seem to have a similar problem to this forum post. I downloaded the app in 2021 and used the app consistently for a few months. I have gone back into the app multiple times (including earlier in 2023) to go back through some entries.

  When I went to open the app today, however, I found that all of my entries were gone. I tried to sign in with my email but don’t seem to have an account? I don’t recall being given the option to make an account when I first got the app, but I’m not sure.

  I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide, as some of the missing entries were supremely important to me – including from when I first met my now-fiance. It would be pretty devastating to have lost them.
