Hi there,
I’m in a bit of a pickle. I’ve used Day One for several years and have recorded moments that I would be crushing to loose.
During the pandemic I stopped using the app (2020), and I’m now trying to get back on it.
The problem I’m having is I can’t find my account log in email. I’ve tried resetting the password on two different emails I use, and none are getting the password reset link.Could my account be deleted forever? Is there any way to troubleshoot this?

Accounts are not deleted on our end. They must be deleted by the user when signed in to https://dayone.me/settings
Could you have been using the option to Sign in with Apple or Google previously? Can you sign in with either of those options at https://dayone.me/login?
