  I bought a paid membership on January 15, 2012. receipt number: MHDXZT3Q5D
  Have my rights at that time disappeared?

  I made a restore purchase, but there was no change. What can we do? Do you give different rights to old customers?

  Thanks for reaching out. If the app was purchased in 2012 this would have been Day One Classic. Classic was given free updates between March 9, 2011 to March 30, 2016.

  At that point, we released a new version called Day One 2.0. If this version was not purchased and just recently downloaded, then you would have access to the free Basic tier of the new version of Day One. This free tier is very similar to Day One Classic where you’re able to add one photo per entry, and you can create as many entries as you’d like.

  Did you make any other Day One purchases other than the one in 2012?

  If you did not and you wish to use more feature in Day One, a Premium subscription would be needed to access those features.

  There is a great chart in the article below that shows what tier has access to which features. Please keep in mind the Plus tier is only available to those who purchased Day One 2.0 between February 4, 2016 and June 27, 2017. It is no longer sold.
