Ability to Bulk Move Entries (Select Multiple)

    Hi everyone,

I’m looking to reorganize some of my older journals, but I’ve hit a bit of a roadblock. Currently, it seems the only way to move entries from one Journal to another is to do it one by one.

    The Request:

It would be incredibly helpful to have a “Select Multiple” mode (ideally using checkboxes) in the timeline view.

    Proposed Workflow:

    1. Tap a “Select” button.

    2. Check the boxes next to the entries we want to manage.

    3. Select an action (Move to Journal, Tag, or Delete) for the whole batch.

This would be a huge time-saver for anyone trying to clean up their database or split a massive journal into smaller, topic-specific journals.

Does anyone else have a need for this? Thanks!

You can do this already someone asked the same recently.

    See my reply.

Swipe any entries to get the select multi option.

    Any good?

It would be useful to know the environment you’re working in: macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, Android, or web.

The steps to do a thing can often be different depending on the system, and to give a detailed single applicable answer, a responder would need to know that.

Thanks, this worked fantastically. I didn’t realize that when swiping the “Select” option was what gave me the radial buttons on the left to select multiple entires, including a great “select all” option.
